– 当日のキャンセル及び10日前のキャンセルは宿泊料金の100％を頂きます。 - 10日前までのキャンセルはキャンセル料金を頂きません。
－宿泊手続き確定後のキャンセルは宿泊料金の5％をいただきます。

A certain percentage of the total accommodation fee is charged as a cancellation fee as follows
- 100% if cancellation takes place on the intended check-in date or ten days before - 50% if the reservation is canceled the day or ten days before the intended check-in date.
- 5% if cancellation is made 10 days or more before the intended check-in date.
＊その他 Other Rules
– 門限があります（23:59 施錠）
– 館内での飲酒や騒ぐ等、他の宿泊者に迷惑がかかる行為を禁止いたします。
– 18歳未満の方の単独での宿泊はできません。必ず保護者の同伴が必要です（この場合、保護者は入門の必要はございません）
– 部屋やロッカーのカギを紛失した場合は、修復や交換にかかる実費を請求させて頂きます。
– 発生した粗大ごみ（スーツケースなど）は当館では廃棄できません。宿泊者ご自身でお持ち帰りください。
– Curfew is at 23:59.
– Acts that disturb other guests, such as drinking or making noise in the building, are strictly prohibited.
-No one under 18 years of age is allowed to stay alone. (In this case, the parent or guardian does not need to be initiated.
(In this case, the guardian does not need to be admitted as Kodokan Member.)
-If you lose the key to your room or locker, or any damage you caused, you will be charged the actual cost of restoring or replacing it.
-We cannot dispose of bulky waste (suitcases, etc.) guest made at the hostel. Guests are responsible for taking them out from Kodokan hostel with them.

– 3ヶ月先までご予約が可能です。
– 当館宿泊施設は館員の方のみご利用いただけます。
– Reservations are accepted up to 3 months prior to your arrival date.
– Our accommodations are available only to Kodokan Members.
